FREE YOUR MIND LITE

Introducing LITE by Wonderwerk. First off the LITE line is a familiar wine with a new-ish name. FREE YOUR MIND LITE is no longer “piquette” - it is much more than that. We begin with a base of piquette - rehydrated grape pomace - then replenish the piquette by introducing two natural sources of acidity. Enter ume (technically a green, unripe apricot) and hibiscus, two of our favorite sources of sour. Aside from their acid contribution, ume and hibiscus lend layers of flavor beyond the realm of grape wine. We build upon this profile with the addition of Riesling and carbonic Montepulciano (finished wines) to bolster the wine structure and restore vinous flavors and aromas.
